ClipQueue is a web application that enables users to create AI-generated slideshows, edit slide content, and publish to social media platforms including TikTok and Instagram. The service is provided by Ben Woodward.
ClipQueue grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application in accordance with these terms. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application, copy or modify it, or sublicense access to third parties without prior written consent.
You must create an account to use ClipQueue. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. ClipQueue offers Free, Creator, and Pro subscription tiers, each with different feature limits. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.
You retain ownership of content you create using ClipQueue. By using the service to publish content to third-party platforms (TikTok, Instagram), you acknowledge that such content is subject to those platforms' terms of service. ClipQueue is not responsible for content once published to external platforms.
ClipQueue uses OpenAI APIs to generate slide text and images. AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing.
ClipQueue integrates with TikTok, Instagram, OpenAI, Stripe, and Cloudflare R2. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. ClipQueue is not liable for any issues arising from third-party service outages or policy changes.
Your use of ClipQueue is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
ClipQueue is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
We may suspend or terminate your access to ClipQueue at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the application ceases immediately.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
