We share data with service providers necessary to operate ClipQueue: Clerk (authentication), Neon (database), Cloudflare R2 (media storage), OpenAI (content generation), Stripe (billing), TikTok and Instagram (publishing). We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information if required by law.
Your data is stored on servers in the United States (Neon database, Cloudflare R2). By using ClipQueue, you consent to this transfer and storage of your data.
You can access, correct, or delete your personal data through the application settings. You can disconnect social media accounts at any time. You can cancel your subscription and delete your account by contacting us.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we delete your personal data and media within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Social media tokens are stored securely and automatically refreshed. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
ClipQueue is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, via email.
