This policy covers your use of the ClipQueue web application, including account creation, slideshow creation and editing, media uploads, social media publishing, and billing.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide

Account information (name, email) via Clerk authentication; slideshow content and prompts; uploaded images and videos; social media connection tokens (TikTok, Instagram); payment information (processed by Stripe, not stored by us).

2.2 Automatically collected

Basic usage data, browser type, and device information for service improvement and debugging.

2.3 Third-party data

Profile information from connected social accounts (username, display name, avatar) as authorized during OAuth connection.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide and maintain ClipQueue; generate AI content on your behalf; publish content to your connected social accounts; process payments; and improve the service.

4. How We Share Information

We share data with service providers necessary to operate ClipQueue: Clerk (authentication), Neon (database), Cloudflare R2 (media storage), OpenAI (content generation), Stripe (billing), TikTok and Instagram (publishing). We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information if required by law.

5. Data Storage and Transfers

Your data is stored on servers in the United States (Neon database, Cloudflare R2). By using ClipQueue, you consent to this transfer and storage of your data.

6. Your Rights and Choices

You can access, correct, or delete your personal data through the application settings. You can disconnect social media accounts at any time. You can cancel your subscription and delete your account by contacting us.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we delete your personal data and media within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

8. Security

We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Social media tokens are stored securely and automatically refreshed. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

9. Children

ClipQueue is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, via email.
